Property law
We provide advice and will gladly draw up contracts on all matters related to property acquisition, project development, any required planning permissions, property line disputes, rentals, leases and other related matters (building rights, leasehold arrangements, etc.). We can also act as your trustee in the transaction.
Leasing law (rentals and housing rights)
We advise you on all aspects of tenancy law and housing rights. This includes the creation of rental and lease agreements for land, residential, or commercial spaces, as well as the handling any disputes that might arise.
Construction and property development law; litigation
One of our other core competencies in the area of property law is the preparation of construction contracts, developer contracts, and the establishment of project and urban development contracts with and for developers, project financiers, and private individuals. We also specialise in litigation, especially that related to construction issues, and can represent you in all Austrian courts.

Contracts
A key task that we handle in our consultancy work is the drafting of any kind of contract adapted to our clients’ individual needs. These include purchase contracts (properties and buildings), swap agreements, property and equipment leases, gift agreements, managing director contracts, reorganisations, and syndicate Agreements.
Private clients
We help our clients manage and structure their assets. In particular, we provide support in their day-to-day business operations, with succession planning and the writing of wills, and settling estates. We also draft marital agreements as well as waivers of inheritance and succession rights.
